Three men were convicted of murder after some police divers found a body in northern Victoria, believing the man of Shepparton Umit Bolat was missing.
Detectives from the Missing Persons Body Squad near Dick's Island, in Cobram, Thursday afternoon
The body has yet to be identified.
A 29-year-old man and a 26-year-old man, both from Lemnos, and a 44-year-old old Ardmona has been arrested and is in police custody.
The three men have faced a court in Shepparton today and will appear again in court in February.

He was reported missing by his sister on 21 August after he failed to maintain a certain number of appointments.
Two days after his death, his bright yellow ute was found unlocked with the keys in the ignition.
CCTV footage allegedly showed that an unknown man had driven the car before a
Mr. Bolat had long resided in the areas of Shepparton and Tatura and had no fixed address.
Police said Bolat was sleeping in his ute at the time of his disappearance.
In Shepparton last week, Inspector Andrew Stamper said police have "serious fears" for the missing man.
The inspector Stamper said that Mr. Bolat was known police and had links to the drug world in Shepparton.
