An alleged mother attempted to kill the seriously ill 13-month-old son by pouring bleach into the supply tubes.
Police support Perth woman Brooke Evelyn Lucas, 26, tried to feed her son William the cleaning fluid in December 29.
The child, who requires assistance 24 hours a day for a rare condition, is been admitted to hospital but it is believed that doctors have been able to prevent him from suffering serious damage.
