An alleged affair is at the root of the shocking shock of the Australian swimming couple Mitch Larkin and Emily Seebohm.

However, several sources close to the Brisbane couple have confirmed that rumors of a supposed relationship have emerged around the time of the Pan-Pacific Championships in Adelaide at the start of this month and Seebohm later
One source said that while the couple had agreed to resolve the situation, the report ended last Thursday when Seebohm discovered new information on the alleged relationship.
That night they took part in the Brisbane Treasury ICON fashion show. Following her engagements in the show, Seebohm found a friend to say that "he was leaving immediately" while another employee said "I saw her leave the hotel and it seemed to me that she was crying".
"They were not tight (backstage) as I had seen them before and seemed quite agitated," said a bystander.
Larkin was seen as he left shortly thereafter, citing his morning training program.
Before the event they also refused an offer to stay overnight at the Treasury.
It is understood that, with rumors continuing to come back to her, Seebohm chose to announce the split on Instagram on Friday with Larkin seen removing personal belongings the following day from their shared Brisbane home, bought a year ago.
"I would like to seize this opportunity before more voices and voices are spreading because of the current events that have happened, Mitch Larkin and I have decided to end our relationship," wrote Seebohm in the post. In an additional comment on Instagram, yesterday, he wrote to a fan: "It's been a difficult month for me, but I'm doing my best". It is understood that Larkin was disappointed that Seebohm made the separation.
